that or the guy has almost 30gb of emails but, i'm 99.99% sure that's not the case, as we would have seen a size drop after enabling archiving on a 12gb folder in the inbox and the little to no size increase on the archive PST, which almost points to it not working. but, in this case something doesn't see mto be chooching the removal part or so i might guess. In the past archiving would remove the emails form ones inbox and save them to PST file elsewhere, like is currently setup. (as to say on the user's computer aka LOCAL) as mentioned before it's saved to a PST file else where.
